Sessions book up quickly, especially during spring and fall. I recommend reaching out at least 4–8 weeks in advance for portrait sessions, and 6–12 months for weddings. That said, I always try to accommodate last-minute requests when I can — it never hurts to ask!

Portrait sessions are delivered within 2 weeks. Weddings and full-day sessions take 4–6 weeks. I'll share a sneak-peek preview within a few days so you have something to look forward to while I work through the full gallery.

It depends on the package — The Essentials includes 30 images, The Experience includes 75+, and The Full Day includes 300+. I'd rather deliver fewer stunning images than hundreds of mediocre ones. Every photo in your gallery will be something you'd actually want to print.

Wear what makes you feel like yourself! I recommend avoiding busy patterns or large logos, and coordinating (not matching) with anyone else in your session. Earth tones, soft neutrals, and warm colours tend to photograph beautifully in natural light — and they'll look timeless for years to come.

We'll monitor the forecast together and make a call the day before. Overcast skies actually create some of the most beautiful, even light — so don't be too quick to reschedule. If we do need to move the date due to severe weather, I'll work with you to find the next available slot at no extra charge.

Yes — I love to travel for the right session. Travel within 30 miles is included in every package. Beyond that, a travel fee applies depending on the distance. If you have a dream location in mind, reach out and we'll work out the details.

Absolutely — I encourage it! Every package includes a personal print release so you can print and share freely. I only ask that you tag @landanwilder when posting — it means the world and helps other clients find me.

Yes. A 25% retainer is due at booking to hold your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your session. For weddings and larger bookings, custom payment schedules are available — just ask.

Life happens and I completely understand. I ask for at least 48 hours notice for reschedules whenever possible. I'll do my best to find a new date that works — your experience matters more than rigid policies.
